Scott Rosenberg - Managing Director of RCRE

Scott’s team specializes in the sales, financing, and management of Los Angeles investment property, with particular market share on the Westside. Whether it be wisely placing capital, finding solutions to management, or getting top dollar for your Los Angeles Investment Property, Rosenberg = Results.

HISTORY
Upon graduating from UCSB with a Master’s degree and a Teaching Credential, Scott brought his knowledge, creative tenacity and his small town work ethic to his first career in education. Scott worked in education for five years where he became a leader in using the arts to connect content with projects. He mentored other educators and directed large scale projects often involving hundreds of students at a time.

In 2003 Scott entered the world of real estate as an investor and builder in the booming housing market. Together with a family friend, a hammer, and a real estate license, Scott built and sold single family homes in the Tahoe area for two years before making his way to Los Angeles.

In 2005, Scott joined Marcus & Millichap specializing in Multi-family housing, quickly becoming one of the top selling agents among his peers. In 2007, Scott formed the Rosenberg Apartment Group and partnered with RE/MAX Commercial. Since then, Scott has earned numerous top producer sales achievement awards to include Top Producer, the distinguished Platinum Club, and Hall of Fame. His team was #1 ranked in California in 2010 and 2011 and #5 nationally during those same years. In 2016, RCRE achieved Top 20 company-wide. He was presented with the Chairman Award in 2015, 2016, and 2017 and the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2017.

GOALS
With the formation of RCRE in 2012, Scott’s life’s work is focused on building the bar none source for quality investment real estate services in Los Angeles. This is done by doing great work, one client at a time.  

PERSONAL
Scott’s commitment to his business is surpassed only by his dedication to his family. Scott lives in Palos Verdes Estates, CA with his wife and his three small children. Outside of work, Scott’s energy and enthusiasm is consumed by competitive cycling, local politics, improving property, and spending quality time with his family.

Casey Lins - Associate Partner

HISTORY

Casey Lins graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a B.A. in Business Management. With his family’s deep roots grounded in the residential real estate world, Casey began his real estate career in 2000 selling residential properties in Orange County. His experiences during that time brokering single-family homes and duplexes with contractors sparked his interest and developed his comprehension of how to find compelling investment opportunities for his clients. In 2013 Casey met Scott Rosenberg at a business seminar hosted by RCRE and the rest is history!

GOALS 

Casey joined the RCRE Team in 2014 and committed his business model to the development sector focusing on investments of land, commercial, and Multi-family opportunities within the Greater Los Angeles area. Casey is a recognized leader in the development syndication world among his peers in the industry. His network connections in construction and private and creative lending has made him a vital asset and trusted source for his clients ensuring the highest producing ROI for his investor portfolio. 

PERSONAL


Outside of work Casey enjoys being in the great outdoors: whether it is camping in Joshua Tree or hiking along the trails in Big Sur, when he’s not pounding the pavement in Los Angeles you could probably find him in the woods or out in the desert. Casey presently lives in Koreatown, Los Angeles and enjoys living and breathing in his area of business. He is also an avid collector and broker of mopeds and vintage motorcycles as well as an active investor in crypto-currencies.
